Refunds and Returns Policy
HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?
If, for any reason, you would like to return your product, please send an e-mail to info@reelit.co.za with your details, and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no expense.
CLOTHING, SHOE SIZING & OTHER EXCHANGES
If you find that the shoes you have ordered, or any clothing garment is incorrectly sized, please contact us via email, info@reelit.co.za and we will happily exchange it. We will facilitate the courier collection and delivery of the correctly sized item. We will cover the cost of one exchange per order.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Should you not be satisfied with your Online purchase, you may return it, arrange for a collection, for a refund or exchange subject to the following:
- Original proof of purchase must be provided.
- Product must be in original condition and packaging.
- Exchanges will be given within 6 months of purchase*
- Refunds will only be given within 30 days of purchase.
- Reelitwill deduct a fair Courier and handling fee from refunds.
If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please return it to any Trappers store, where, if still under warranty it will be repaired or replaced as deemed fit by the Store Manager subject to reasonable wear and tear.
