Shipping Policy

All orders placed online with Reelit are delivered by The Courier Guy. Currently we only deliver within South African borders.  

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Orders with a value of less than R750 will have a courier charge of R95.  Orders over the value of R750 will be shipped free.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Any order placed with www.reelit.co.za will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, provided that the details that the customer provides are correct. Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy and will only be delivered to a physical address (No postal office). Our Couriers require that all deliveries be signed for by the receiver, or by someone on behalf of the receiver. Please make sure that someone is present to sign for you parcel (Consider shipping to your work address for convenience. www.reelit.co.za will only ship within South Africa. The delivery timeframe depends on the logistics and your delivery location. If you need your order urgently please email after placing your order, as we will do everything in our power to assist.

Please note, we fulfil from multiple locations and your order may arrive in more than one package or delivery.

WHAT ADDRESSES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship orders to physical addresses (No postal box). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured, and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. We recommend using your work address for deliveries.
