SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Any order placed with www.reelit.co.za will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, provided that the details that the customer provides are correct. Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy and will only be delivered to a physical address (No postal office). Our Couriers require that all deliveries be signed for by the receiver, or by someone on behalf of the receiver. Please make sure that someone is present to sign for you parcel (Consider shipping to your work address for convenience. www.reelit.co.za will only ship within South Africa. 

PRIVACY & SECURITY

www.reelit.co.za does not share any of your personal information with any third party. www.reelit.co.za also does not store any of your credit card information, as per South African legislation. Should you choose to create an account with www.reelit.co.za, your personal information will be stored on our secure server, but your credit card/payment information will be stored with PayU. PayU use security features that are in line with South African legislation to ensure the privacy of your credit card/payment information.

ORDERING

Ordering on www.reelit.co.za is done by adding products to your cart, then using the checkout facility to stipulate a payment method and delivery address. www.reelit.co.za currently only delivers within South Africa. If you need to courier something Africa or overseas, please contact us to discuss whether this is possible. 

www.reelit.co.za reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate accounts at the company’s discretion.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

Pricing on www.reelit.co.za pertains to www.reelit.co.za only. We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice.
